You have to call AT&T Customer Service for that, specifically the porting department if you can at 88. Come to find out the IMEI they had linked to my phone was the S8 IMEI and my Note 10+ was not linked with it's IMEI. Mint Mobile has 3 months 4GB plan with 3 months free for 45. I said no way I have bank statements that says I had this over a year. My Mint mobile keeps going in and out and they told me my phone was locked by AT&T and I was like that's impossible but sure enough the first 3 people kept telling me my IMEI only had 4 months of recorded service and they require 6 months. I have a Note 10+ that I bought unlocked for $1000.00 but used my Dad's S8 before that for 4 months. Yes, that’s like 83 days more than our trial, but it’s still technically giving us a try we think. I don't do accounts because I don't liked being locked down. We have a free 7-day trial that works right on your phone without affecting your current service.
